Our company was awarded twice: in compliance with the standard ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015 ISO 9001 guarantees the introduction and successful implementation of the quality management system. In the case of our company, the scope of certification covers the following: “Providing translation services, including specialist and certified translations, and management of translation projects”. ISO 17000 strictly concerns the quality standard of translations offered by our agency, their sound performance, and the competence of those in charge of order processing.
