2. DETAILED ANALYSIS OF QUERY AND ANNEXES
Within 15 minutes of receiving your query, a specialist in Customer Support will review the text in detail, analysing its volume, specialization, complexity of vocabulary, and purpose. At this stage, you can expect us to get in touch with you for more information to help you find the best deal.

3. QUOTE IN 15 MIN
After thorough analysis of the query and a possible question and answer session, our CS specialist will present you with a dedicated quote consisting of 3-4 variants including price, deadlines, payment terms and milestones.

4. RECOMMENDATION OF OPTIMAL VARIANT
The presented variants give you comfort of choice according to your requirements, the text’s purpose and budget. This does not mean, however, that you make the decision yourself. Once you have made your selection, you confirm the project and sign the contract for the project (by electronic means, via mail or in person).

6. ESTABLISHING THE TRANSLATION PROJECT
The Customer Support Specialist sets up your project in Alingua’s system, which is then coordinated by a Project Manager at this stage.

Once you have set up your project, you will receive a message with your order number, which will allow you to monitor work progress quickly and easily.

The next step is to choose the right technologies that will ensure the consistency of the text and terminology, and will also preserve the highest quality of service.

1. FINAL VERIFICATION BY THE PROJECT MANAGER
At the end of the last stage of the project, your Project Manager will finally verify compliance with your requirements and send the completed project to Alingua CS.

Your Alingua CS assistant will send you the completed project within the deadline.

After the Q&A session, the project awaits your final acceptance.

Upon receiving your confirmation, we issue a VAT invoice for our services, with previously agreed terms of payment.

6. SURVEYING SATISFACTION OF THE SERVICE PERFORMED
The last step in the Final Stage involves our surveying your satisfaction with our service. We may contact you by phone or email within a few days after the project is submitted to ask for your feedback and suggestions as to what we could do next time to make your experience even better.
