This language is one of the less popular languages, but also regularly ordered.
Every day, we provide translations to our clients in 85 languages from around the world, in various combinations. European and Asian languages, as well as American English, are the most popular. Some clients order translations mainly into Baltic or Scandinavian languages, while others focus on Romance or Balkan languages, and others still have their texts translated into several or several dozen languages simultaneously, including not only European but also Asian and African languages. As our team consists of dozens of translators of less popular languages, working in a less common language pair is completely natural for us. If you are interested in a language which is not featured on our site, please contact us: we will be happy to find a translator who will be suitable for your needs and we will include another language in our offer.
There are almost 7,000 languages in the world, not counting the many dialects and regional varieties of a language, especially spoken ones. Although this is not so visible in Poland (apart from the regions of Kashubia and Silesia, it is difficult to come across speech which is incomprehensible to the average Pole), in many countries there are large discrepancies between the language variants spoken by the inhabitants of different regions: this happens even in Germany or Italy. We must realize that this is completely natural; every language has various territorial, social, and professional varieties, and each of us uses, most often unconsciously, certain words which are incomprehensible to others.
To facilitate communication between people living in the same country, most countries have established institutions that not only study and promote the language, but also are responsible for its standardization: they create dictionaries, provide advice, and answer the questions of language users. In Poland, this function is performed by the Polish Language Council. In many countries, the problem of language is much more complicated and requires prudent solutions in terms of law or education; we often deal with several official languages simultaneously, especially in border areas.
Regardless of the language situation in a given country, it is obvious that the needs of the global market, trade, or worldwide science, as well as the flow of information and population migration, cannot do without translations which are indispensable in effective international communication.
