Very often it is required that official documents are translated by a sworn translator. Sworn translations are required primarily in the course of legal, administrative and inheritance-related proceedings, and when registering vehicles imported from abroad – assignments of this type are most often carried out for individual clients. Companies and organisations, in turn, most often require sworn translations of financial statements, audit reports, certificates and official letters. Alingua translates locally for clients from Kraków and online for clients from across Poland and from abroad. All our clients from Kraków are always welcome to collect their translations directly from our office (particularly sworn translations). In the case of online translations, we return the translated materials by email or, if required, by courier to the indicated address. For safety reasons, we want these important documents to reach you in the shortest possible way. As often time is of the essence, our clients can take advantage of the express translation service, which covers up to several dozen translated pages a day.
Our translators are in strict adherence to their professional secrecy obligations. They are bound to maintain secrecy under a confidentiality clause included in every agreement concluded with the Alingua Translation Agency. This clause guarantees that any materials entrusted to us are protected by a number of security measures and can be accessed only by authorised persons. All Alingua translations are protected by a professional liability insurance policy. Moreover, our work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 – a two-step text quality check guarantees that the final text is consistent, free from linguistic and substantive errors, and accurately reflects the submitted original.
